Kraków city centre, as a well-known tourist destination, attracts concepts aimed mainly at foreigners. As a result, on Kraków’s high streets food and beverage tenants, financial institutions and souvenirs shops predominate. The most important event of the last six months, in the opinion of Colliers’ experts, was the opening of the Czeczotka gastronomy and conference complex in the former Krakus department store. Other changes include Empik opening in the place of the Matras bookstore on Rynek, the new Mountain Warehouse store on Floriańska Street, Costa Coffee opening on Szewska Street and the new Nord shoe store on Rynek. The vacancy rate remains stable.
