The summer 2022 analysis of Wrocław's high streets covered eight streets: Świdnicka with Skwer Kośćiuszki, Rynek Miejski (Main Square), Kuźnicza, Oławska, Włodkowica and Św. Antoniego.

Gastronomy remains the leading sector among tenants operating in high streets - 42% of all premises.

The vacancy rate is slightly lower in comparison to the previous year. Selected vacant premises have been leased, but at the same time new vacancies have also been recorded. For example, Różowa Krowa "milk bar" (government-subsidized low cost gastronomy) at Kuźnicza street or Mydlarnia u Franciszka at Świdnicka street were closed.

Pierogarnia Stary Młyn, Karpicko confectionery, Dzioopla ice cream and Quantum Cafe have opened their unitson the Town Square. Plac Kościuszki saw the opening of the new hairdresser's saloon Hollywood Hair, while Świdnica Street saw the opening of Woosabi Good Vibes Lounge restaurant.
