Radom: stable vacancy rate

The shopping centre market in Radom dates back to the late 90s. Currently, in schemes over 5,000 m2, there is a total area of approx. 127,000 m2. The vacancy rate is 2% (slightly higher than before the COVID-19 pandemic).

The largest scheme in Radom is Galeria Słoneczna, established in 2011. It is also the scheme with the highest vacancy rate in the city. Carrefour remains main grocery tenant. Among other main tenants one can find Multikino, Rossmann, RTV EUro AGD, Rossmann or Zara units, The new entries included Half Price, Home&You, eobuwie.pl/Modivo, Ochnik and Femestage.

The M1 Radom centre, the second largest in the city, said goodbye to the Orsay premises. Despite this, the vacancy rate remains low. A low vacancy rate is also recorded in the center next to the E.Leclerc hypermarket and in Atrium Gama (where Takko Fashion has opened its store in 2020). There were no vacancies in the Galeria nad Potokiem retail park and the Echo shopping center.
