General information

Zielony Targówek retail park was built in 2007 in Warsaw’s Targówek district, at 13 Głębocka St. From the beginning it gained a wide group of loyal customers interested in decoration and interior design, thanks to which it has had a stable position in the Warsaw market for years. To meet customers’ expectations and answer the changing needs of the market, in 2014 Zielony Targówek was modernised, which included building a playground and a restaurant, café and expo zone. Currently, Zielony Targówek offers its customers on over 25,000 m2 GLA a wide range of retail outlets. The main tenants include: Black Red White, Komfort, Abra, Jysk, Biedronka, KFC, CityFit 24/7, Kakadu i Norauto.


Location and access

Zielony Targówek retail park is located in the right-bank district of Warsaw, near to Trasa Toruńska connecting the northern districts of the city. Its convenient location allows easy access to the retail park both by car as well as by public transport.


Number of parking spaces

Car drivers can use the car park for 740 cars.


Catchment area

In the vicinity of Zielony Targówek retail park are many housing estates – Zielone Zacisze, Kondratowicza and Park Leśny. The following districts are within a 15-minute car drive: Targówek, Białołęka, Bielany, Żoliborz and Praga Północ. The catchment area also covers surrounding towns such as Marki, Zielonka, Ząbki, Radzymin and Kobyłka. In the Zielony Targówek catchment area there are 240,000 households, and in spring 2016 building work will start on the metro station in Targówek.
