The retail map of Warsaw is changing rapidly. Shopping centers are still very important, however business premises more often begin to appear also in old revitalized objects as well as in modern buildings with mixed functions. It mostly concerns center of Warsaw, where almost 15 investments are in progress, which will offer shopping and service premises for rent. The perfect example of such project is Hala Koszyki, which has become one of the most popular spots on the culinary map of Warsaw. Developers of such projects as Browary Warszawskie, ArtNorblin or EC Powiśle, plan to revitalize them on even larger scale. Oddly enough, plenty of new office projects in the city centre will offer shopping and service premises. Among them, J44, Varso or Centrum Marszałkowska ( f.DH Sezam) are worth mentioning. The owners of some objects enrolled the strategy of disclosing retail space for entities from “premium” sector, which take place for example in Hotel Europejski, Pl.Bankowy 1 or Plac Małachowskiego building.
